Job Description :
Skill Set: Customer Service, CSE, Customer Service Executive, Call Center Associate, Communication: – Excellent English Communication skills, Basic knowledge of Retail or FMCG
Min.6 months of experience / Fresher can also apply
Basic Computer operating knowledge with the ability to learn customer service software applications with a Typing speed of min 15 wpm.
Prerequisites: Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Willing to work on public and national holidays.
No outstation candidates with travel and shift limitations.
No Long leave requirement in the 1st 3 months ( exceeding 2 days)
In case of a specific shift or gender requirement, SSC team shall flash the same in the manpower tracker.
– Excellent communication skills- English and Hindi language
– Rate of speech/Tonality-Understandable with no grammatical errors
– Comprehension Skills with Problem-solving attributes
– Excellent Communication Skills- Verbal &written
– Typing Skills with ability to take notes while conversing with customers
– Fluency while conversing, no fumbling /stutter
– Assertive during conversations
– Service Orientation (E.g.Tone, Manner, Empathy & willingness to help)
– Capable of managing and maintain a rapport & relation with the customer
through his telephonic interactions.

Fresher or Experience: Min 7K / Max -16K CTC
